Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order receipt or proof of purchase, along with an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process such claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened personal care products (such as skincare, fragrance, or lip care items)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for wrong or damaged products and require an unboxing video as proof.
If the exchange is approved, we will arrange pickup and send the correct product at no additional cost.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
To request cancellation, email or WhatsApp our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or to your bank account for COD orders) within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
