We strive to present our kids’ and teens’ personal care products (including sunscreen, moisturizers, lip tints, and fragrances) as accurately as possible.
However, colors, textures, or packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

All orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable GST, shipping, or handling charges, which will be shown at checkout.

We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD orders require phone verification before shipment.

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
If payment fails, we may cancel your order without notice.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 5–7 business days (may vary by location)
Free shipping: Orders above ₹599

We provide tracking information once your order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Clariteens is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.
