Step 1 — AquaSportz Sunscreen Gel SPF 50 PA++++

• Apply generously to all exposed skin — face, neck, arms, legs — 10 to 15 minutes before sun exposure or entering the pool. Spread evenly and let it settle. Do not rub in aggressively.

Step 2 — AquaSportz Hair & Body Wash

• For hair: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a generous amount to scalp and hair, massage from roots to tips. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes — this allows the chlorine-removal actives to work. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• For body: Apply to wet skin and massage. Pay attention to arms, legs, and back — areas most exposed to pool water. Rinse thoroughly.
