Apply generously to all exposed skin — face, neck, arms, and body — about 15–20 minutes before heading outdoors, so it has time to settle before sun exposure starts. Spread it evenly without rubbing in too hard, and don't skip easy-to-miss spots like the ears, back of the neck, and tops of the feet. Otherwise, reapply every 4 hours during extended outdoor activity, or right after towel-drying.
